For an appointment-only barber, the real work is managing the calendar: two requests can land on the same slot, a cancelled slot can sit empty, and phone and walk-in customers must go into the same schedule. Samet Kaplan Hair Studio needed more than a sharp shopfront; it needed a booking system that doesn't lose customers and is easy to run.
The site presents the services and the salon through a type-led identity, then guides visitors into a step-by-step booking flow. Taken and closed slots show up instantly; the salon can auto-confirm bookings or approve them one by one, and customers can cancel or reschedule through a private link. Behind it, a phone-first admin panel surfaces new requests instantly with a sound alert, and the customer book, manual bookings, closed hours, cash ledger and the site's colour palette are all managed in one place.
